Eligibility: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 30 days of delivery.

Non-Eligible Returns: Items that are used, worn, damaged (through use or misuse), or returned without approval are not refundable.

Restocking Fee: Returns without valid reasons or outside the 30-day period are subject to a 30% restocking fee.

Special Order Items
These are products ordered directly from manufacturers and not stocked by Too Fast Inc™. They are clearly labeled as “Special Order” or “Pre-order” on our websites.
Special Order items are not eligible for returns or cancellations.
Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.

After 24 hours, cancellation is not guaranteed as processing may begin.

If canceled within the allowed window, refunds are processed within 10 business days.

Items may incur a 30% cancellation fee once processed.
Exchanges
We only replace items that are defective or damaged.

Gifts
If marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you'll receive store credit for your return.
If the item was not marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver, a refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable and may be deducted from your refund.

- On the order page, click the Request return button in the top-right corner.

Please submit only once to avoid delays. You'll receive a confirmation email, followed by instructions within 5 business days.

All returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee, plus shipping, import fees, taxes, duties, and manufacturer restocking costs.

Pricing Error Disclaimer
Despite our best efforts, pricing or inventory errors may occur due to system bugs or algorithmic glitches. We reserve the right to cancel orders placed under incorrect pricing and will contact you with the corrected amount before proceeding.
Shipping Rates and Estimates
At this time, we do not ship to any countries other than Canada and the United States. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Enjoy no customs, brokerage, or duty fees on all your orders; We ensure a hassle-free experience by covering all customs, brokerage, and duties fees, so there are no additional costs for you upon delivery.
Additional Shipping Fees for Remote Areas
Please note that orders shipped to remote or hard-to-reach areas may be subject to additional shipping fees. These areas include but are not limited to, islands, highlands, and regions that are less accessible or require special handling and additional resources to reach.
Our standard shipping rates apply to most locations. However, due to the increased costs associated with delivering to remote areas, an additional fee will be calculated based on the specific location and the size and weight of the order. Customers from these areas will be contacted with the details of any additional charges to be approved before the order is dispatched. We strive to keep these costs as low as possible and only pass on the additional charges necessary to cover the extra expenses incurred.

Additional Charges for Oversized or Overweight Products
Please be advised that products exceeding our standard size or weight thresholds are subject to additional shipping charges. These charges will be calculated based on the dimensions and/or weight of the product and will be communicated to you for approval prior to shipping. Failure to agree to these additional charges may result in the cancellation of your order or modification of your order to exclude the oversized or overweight items.
In-store pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at [4699 Keele St., North York, ON CANADA]. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, depending on the vendor, in most cases orders can take up to 1-2 weeks to be processed, and in some cases, again only depending on the vendor, orders can even take up to 3 weeks to be ready for pick up. Once your order has been processed & is ready for pick up you will receive an email confirmation along with instructions on how to collect your order. Our in-store pickup hours are from Monday till Friday from 10AM to 6:30PM, and from Saturday till Sunday from 11AM to 3:30PM. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 24 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sales@toofastinc.ca with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you. You can also check your order status with shipping information here.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
Please view our return policy page for more info. We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at sales@toofastinc.ca with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. Too Fast Inc. partners with reputable manufacturers who stand behind their products with varying warranty terms depending on the item.
While warranties are traditionally handled directly through the manufacturer, Too Fast Inc. offers complimentary warranty claim assistance for up to 12 months from your purchase date—making the process easier for you.
1. Too Fast Inc. Facilitated Warranty Claims (Within 12 Months)
Eligibility:

Valid for products purchased from Too Fast Inc.

Applies if the product has a manufacturer-covered defect or malfunction.

We offer replacement or refund assistance for up to 1 year after purchase.
Steps to Claim:

Place a new order for the same product.

Save the box that comes with the replacement part.

Pack and return the defective part using the replacement part's box.

2. If the Same Product is Unavailable

You may order an alternative part.
We will only refund the original item’s value, not cover price differences.

If the same product has increased in price, we will attempt to negotiate a higher refund with the manufacturer.
⚠️ Refunds are processed only after defect verification is complete.
3. Warranty Claims After 12 Months

Too Fast Inc. cannot assist after 12 months from the purchase date.

If the manufacturer’s warranty exceeds 12 months, contact them directly for support.
