Shipping Rates and Estimates
At this time, we do not ship to any countries other than Canada and the United States. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Too Fast Inc is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at [4699 Keele St., North York, ON CANADA]. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, depending on the vendor, in most cases orders can take up to 1-2 weeks to be processed, and in some cases, again only depending on the vendor, orders can even take up to 3 weeks to be ready for pick up. Once your order has been processed & is ready for pick up you will receive an email confirmation along with instructions on how to collect your order. Our in-store pickup hours are from Monday till Friday from 10AM to 6:30PM, and from Saturday till Sunday from 11AM to 3:30PM. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 24 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you. You can also check your order status with shipping information here.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
Please view our return policy page for more info. We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at email@example.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. Due to the automated nature of our website orders are processed immediately upon ordering. Cancellations before shipment may be subject to 20-30% cancellation fees to cover transaction fees and other processing fees which are automatically processed after ordering.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, such as custom ordered products. 20-30% restocking fee may apply on returns.
Gift cards, Custom made products, All Depo Products, Electronics and Toys. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Special Order Items
Special Order items are products not stocked at Too Fast Inc’s warehouses, and are therefore only ordered from a manufacturer after a customer places an order for them. These items are identified on toofastin.com or toofastinc.ca with a message below the price containing “Special Order” or "Pre-order". Special Order items may be subject to additional terms, restrictions, or fees regarding returns and order cancellations, as explained below.
Special Order Return Fee
Most Special Order items are eligible for return, but an additional 10% Special Order Return fee will apply. This fee ONLY applies to Special Order items. All regularly stocked parts are eligible for full credit upon return in new condition. Special Order Return fees never apply to In Stock orders. If a customer places an order for a Special Order item that happens to be in stock at one of our warehouses, the 10% fee would not apply if they returned it.
Cancellation/Return Terms and Restrictions
Certain Special Order items cannot be cancelled and/or returned after the order has been processed due to terms and restrictions imposed by the manufacturer. Items subject to these unique restrictions will either be identified on toofastinc.com or toofastinc.ca with a note under the price (indicating the nature of the terms), or a member of our Support team will contact the customer directly to explain the terms, and give them an opportunity to approve or cancel the order before it is finalized.
Disclaimer of Liability for Incorrect Prices due to Algorithmic and System Errors and Bugs
We strive to ensure the accuracy of the information on our website, including product prices and inventory levels. However, in the event of an algorithmic or system error or bug, the prices displayed on our website may be incorrect. Therefore, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at an incorrect price. If such an error occurs, we will contact you to inform you of the correct price and give you the option to proceed with the order at the correct price or to cancel the order. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
